Menu + workout on 19/8 (Wednesday)

Hari ni pun makan tak hengatttt.....

Menu
Breakfast : nasi 4 sudu + pajeri lebih semalam + air horlick cereal
snack : yellek.....
Lunch : pasta
snack : old town white coffee 1 mug
dinner : nasi 1 senduk + kerabu sotong + salad telur + bergedil
supper : ada orang telah bawak balik satay...so telah memakan satay 3 cucuk, nasi impit 2 ketul ..hancussssssss.....................

Workout : TBL scuplt power 30 minutes + Denise Austine ( kickboxing + cardio dance) 30 minutes
